All orders are shipped out promptly and are packed in a padded envelope.
Single books will be sent via First Class Royal Mail, larger orders will be sent out with Parcel Force. Overseas orders will be sent by the most appropriate Royal Mail service for the destination.
Secure online payments are made through Paypal.
If you'd rather pay offline by cheque, please use the contact form to get in touch for more information. Your order will be sent as soon as the cheque has cleared.
Returns
The following is our return policy and applies to all purchases made through this website regardless of geographical location:
You may return a book to us for refund or exchange if:
- You notify us that you wish to return the item using the contact form on this website within 30 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you if you are in the UK; 60 days for non-UK orders;
- On receipt by us the returned item must be in as new condition enabling us to sell the book as new, unless the book was damaged when received by you.
- You are responsible for postage costs incurred in returning the item to us unless the reason for return is the receipt by you of damaged goods. In this case we will refund your postage charges.
